These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Alnahda Academy website and services. By using our website or enrolling in classes, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Alnahda Academy provides one-on-one online Quran and Islamic studies classes with certified teachers. Class scheduling, teacher matching and curricula are arranged with you after enrolment.

2. Free trial classes

New students are entitled to 3 free trial classes. No payment is required to begin. If your free trial classes aren't the right fit, you pay nothing.

3. Fees & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed;
• Prices shown on the website are starting points and are confirmed by the academy before enrolment;
• A 10% discount applies per additional family member;
• Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

4. Rescheduling & cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule a class. You may cancel or change your plan for future billing cycles at any time by contacting us. Specific notice periods and make-up class policies will be shared at enrolment.

5. Student conduct

We expect a respectful learning environment. Classes are intended solely for the enrolled student and may not be recorded or redistributed without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, course materials and branding are the property of Alnahda Academy or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alnahda Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
